On the third Sunday of each month, Engage gathers for Discipleship Sundays — a different kind of Sunday morning focused on growing as disciples of Jesus and learning what it means to live out our faith together.
These gatherings are designed to help us:
- Grow deeper as followers of Jesus
- Better understand Engage and the Evangelical Covenant Church
- Learn how to participate in God’s mission together
- Build relationships across generations
- Be equipped to live by faith, labor in love, and endure with hope in Jesus
Discipleship Sundays include multi-generational teaching, discussion, prayer, activities for kids and youth, and lunch together. Part of the morning is spent all together, followed by age-based discussions and activities.
We believe discipleship happens in everyday life — not just on Sunday mornings — and these gatherings help equip us for the other 110 hours of the week.
Whether you’re new to Engage or have been part of the community for years, Discipleship Sundays are an opportunity to grow, ask questions, build relationships, and explore what it means to follow Jesus together.
